1. Welcome to the Year group

Welcome to RS class page!

Here you will find updates about the exciting learning taking place in class, including photos, key information and ideas for how you can support your child at home.

Mrs Sicakoglu (AKA Mrs S), Miss Hiam, Mrs Edwards and Mrs Jackson are so excited for your year ahead!

Our class doors open at 8.40 am for children to be in class and by 8.45 am to start their learning.

P.E is on every Friday and it is important that children arrive to school with the correct P.E kit, with their earrings removed or covered with a tape.

We also visit our school library on Fridays every two weeks, where children can choose a book to share with you at home.

Please make sure all of your child's belongings are clearly labelled with their name to help us keep track of their items.

The more we come to school, the more opportunities we have to learn.

On Friday's we will be celebrating all those who have a 100% attendance throughout the week.

We will have a year group assembly and hold a 'raffle', picking one child from RS who has a 100% attendance.

They will also be bringing Mr. Sloth home for the weekend.  Please help your child take care of the sloth and encourage them to write or draw in the class book about their weekend adventures.  Remember to return Mr Sloth to school on Monday ready for the following week.
