YEAR 4

Welcome to Year 4

Welcome back!  We hope you all had a restful half term and are ready for this term.

Well done to everybody for settling back into school routine.

Our Theme for the second part of the Autumn Term is 'Time, Place and Us'.

We will be looking closely at maps of the world focusing on geographical features such as climate zones and continents.

English will focus on non fiction texts about people who have made an impact in the world.

Maths will be practising our division and multiplication.

Computing will include Online Safety and networks and connections.

In RE we will be looking at Christianity and the importance of the Bible.

School Trip

During our RE lesson we have been learning about 'Places of Worship.'  We went to visit a Gurdwara to see the building and what people do there.  We got to sample and enjoy the delicious food.
