Initial meeting 9th June 2022

Dear Parents/Carers,

RE: Trewern residential trip 7th November 2022 – 11th November 2022

Apologies for any inconvenience, but the meeting regarding the residential trip to Trewern has now been moved to the following week (Wednesday 22nd June) due to unforeseen circumstances. It will still be at 3:30pm in the school hall and last until approximately 4pm. It is your opportunity to find out what the trip involves and to ask any questions you have regarding it.

If you already know that you would like to book your child a place on this trip, you will need to send in a non-refundable deposit by Friday 8th July 2022.  The deposit is £50. Once your deposit is received, your child’s place will be secured and a payment card will be issued soon after. You may, if you wish, pay in instalments or the full amount of £270 in one go. Full payment must be made by Friday 23rd September 2022. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis as places are limited.

Please complete the slip below and return it to school to inform us whether you are attending the meeting. It can also be used to pay the £50 deposit. If we do not receive enough interest in the trip then it will have to be cancelled and ALL money shall be returned. If you have any questions regarding the trip and you are unable to attend then please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Thank you,

Mr. Parker
