All About Me
In Autumn 1, we have learned about ourselves, our facial features, our homes and the members of our families. We are beginning to recognise that all families are different, and that all families are beautiful and special.
Emotions
We have learned about different emotions and feelings. We have used the Zones of Regulation, and the film 'Inside Out' to support us recognise these emotions. The colours help us remember the emotions, for example; happy is green and blue is sad. We are learning to understand that it is okay to feel all emotions and are beginning to recognise what makes us feel this way.
