It's time to go home!
We all did a great job of packing and passing our room inspections.
We had a lovely walk in the fresh air to meet the coach and said a great big thank you and goodbye to the fantastic staff at Trewern!
We are on our way and expect to be back by the end of the school day.

14:20pm

We have just left south Mimms services and are still on track. Our Estimated time of arrival is 3:25pm

As part of our evaluation we reflected on our time in Trewern. We worked on a number of our core values 'resilience' 'cooperation' 'adaptability' and 'responsibility'. We embraced the opportunity to experience different activities, and try new things. We also developed transferable skills such as independence, teamwork and a positive attitude. Here are some of the comments that were made by the children.

I'm going to miss the sleep I got at Trewern.

I'm proud of all the things I've done this week

I enjoyed the food this week it was tasty!

I got closer to some of my friends because I got to know them better

We worked well as a team because we learnt how to communicate.

I'm looking forward to going home because I've really missed my mum but I've had a good time.

My friends in my team were really helpful and encouraged me to keep going.

I was a bit worried about some of the activities but they were really fun!

I didn't like the spiders in the cave but my friends helped me to keep on going and be brave.

I liked the instructors there they were very funny.
