Sandwiches

In Design Technology we used our knowledge of healthy eating to create some sandwiches. We had to practise different techniques in cutting, slicing and grating. Some of our sandwiches were very nice. Other sandwiches were for an acquired taste!

Ancient Egypt

In English we have been learning about Ancient Egyptian mummies.

We found out all about archaeologists and tried our own excavations by carefully digging out hidden items from cupcakes. We had to make sure we didn't break the things that we found.

We also practised the mummification process by mummifying old Barbie dolls.

Whilst we visited the British museum we saw lots of mummies.

Stone Age

We have been studying the Stone Age and have created our own cave paintings and jewellery.
