Final Meeting Letter 9/10/23

We will be holding a short meeting on Tuesday 17th October 2023 at 3:30pm in the school hall regarding the upcoming trip to Trewern. At this meeting we will discuss final arrangements for the trip and discuss any questions that you have. It is a prerequisite for you (or someone on your behalf) to attend this meeting to know the final details and ask further questions if required. The meeting should be finished by 4:00pm. Also included in this pack is another copy of the kit list of items suggested by the staff at Trewern. As said previously, you shouldn’t need to go out and purchase new clothing; we advise using old clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Details about each item on the list will be spoken about at the meeting.

If you have misplaced your letter then please ask your child to bring home another one or alternatively, contact the school to let them know someone will be able to attend the meeting.

Thank you.
