2S

Welcome to 2S

I would like to say well done to 2S for working hard so far this year.

We had lots of fun learning about living things. We planted some seeds and are watching to see what happens to them.

We celebrated Black History Month by learning about Nelson Mandela and Mary Seacole. We also learnt about Benjamin Zephaniah and we recited one of his poems (Please see below for photos).

We are looking forward to learning about Toys this half term, it would be lovely if you could bring in a photo of your favourite toy that we could display in the classroom.

For our topic about transport we went on a trip to Valence house.

We had chicks hatch in the class and we got to hold them!!

We conducted some science experiments for science week.
